2013 New years Resolution and Reflection Time

Happy New Year all of us here wish you a wonderful and prosperous 2013.

Keep your skin radiant with Vinotherapy during Winter

Everyone is breaking out their hats, coats, scarves and gloves and bundling up because winter is here once again.  It is time for hot chocolate and holiday cheer, but if you’re not careful it’ll be a blue blue Christmas for your skin.

Your skin naturally regenerates on a monthly cycle, causing new skin cells to force old ones out of the way. In the winter time, our skin retains less moisture as it evaporates from the skin. 1. Tips for better skin

• Drink plenty of water you will always need more than you realize. This link will help you get it right.
• When you wash your face, use luke warm water, as hot water will cause moisture in your skin to evaporate and further dry out your skin.
